This little lady I’m calling Christmas morning. She’s ready to celebrate the day but of course open her presents first. It’s hard to believe this little rag doll has button jointed legs and arms, so I’m surprized she’s standing on her own.

Her hair started off with Tibetan Lamb, but the wig I made was a bit small. To make up for that, I wrapped the front of her head with a boa. The template choice was fun, the colour matches the blue in her pants. Aren’t the faces cute.
I made the slippers ages ago and see, eventually when you make little things and put them away, they will come back and be used sometime. The rick rack and ribbon roses on her slippers, and red bows on her pant legs help complete the look.
