Well now my girl is taking on some life. She’s got hands and feet and her personality is starting to shine. This week I learned how to make tiny toes with paper clay. That was fun, really it was. It was a learning curve to see how to make something that small and really get the hang of your sculpting tools. I also gave her fingers and toes, nails. That’s my favourite part.
Since my girl is going to be a Bee, I decided to paint her finger nails yellow with black polka dots and her toes, black with yellow polka dots. Her eyelids were many colours until I decided to fix up her hair and see what colour her eyelids really needed to be. Her antennae are ready to guide her all decked out with a bit of bling, even a black rose to adorn the tops.
I haven’t finished with her head, I have plans for the back of it, but now I have to sit on my own hands and wait for the next lesson to put her all together.
