The Soul Whisperer

Have just finished this doll in a class with Colleen Babcock. It was a great project and if you're interested in making a Soul Whisperer for yourself, the class runs until the 29th of August...You won't be sorry, great instructions and great teacher. I've decided my dolls name will Raya, which means Friend. I think that's a good name for her as only a true friend would whisper the right things in your ear, and I think she's been doing that already... ;o) So here she is, front back and especially her slick little shoes. They were one of the last features to do and just too much fun to watch her little feet get all dressed up. From the top of her head to the tips of those pretty toes, she's full of details, including her hair embellishments, a necklace, her shrine, her knees and of course that beautiful skirt....

  5. Romona,
You really did a beautiful job. I bet she'll whisper all sorts of words of inspiration to you. I can't wait to see what you make next.
And just so you and your other loyal blog readers know, this class closes for new sign ups on Aug 15th, but the discussion group will continue until Aug 29th. Sorry if I caused any confusion there!
Thanks so much for bringing all your talent to yet another class. You're the best!
