Christmas 6

I finished off my pressies for the ladies that own the shops I have my dolls in. The green one is staying here with us, because sadly as I was taking the "magic tape" off, so carefully, the green came off in a few places. Poorly disguqised by green metallic paint, but she's on our tree and looks quite happy to be there. This a design by Michelle Munzone, called Merry Maubles, and I still have 10 more to finish, all that's left to is add the tassels and hangers. They will be done the way that Michelle designed them. I saw these glittery baubles in the dollar store and of course went back for more, because they are just so pretty. A bit of dressing up with Michelle's design, and they make a wonderful keepsake.

We took the neighbours dog for a walk into Sidney last night and along the way we passed this little house. About the size of summer cottage, or less. It was decked out to compete with the big guys and looked so pretty I just had to take a picture. It's the tiniest house but certainly doesn't look that way with a few strings of lights and wreath on the door.. A beautifully simple little house turned into a pretty picture.

  5. Thank you ladies for your comments on the ornies. They are so much fun, Michelle's design is just so creative and it's quick and easy, depending on how fussy you get... Her original design uses cloth bottoms, these were just a twist on the original idea..
